FRONT OFFICE:-Fluency in read, write and independently correspond in English is essential, with knowledge of the shipping of goods vide Sea/ Air. Knowledge specific to Iraq is an added advantage. Should be polite and well communicative over the phone with clients and service providers. Independent towards handling situations and resolving smoothly. Good convincing skills and be able to overlook office administration and day to day chores. Multilingual is added advantageACCOUNTING:-Good communication skill (languages preferred Hindi & Marathi)Preparing receipts.Preparing accounting reportsMaintaining Documents and keeping it up to dateFollow-up with students.Co-ordinatination with seniors and follow-up regarding work verbally as well through mails.CASHIER:-Need experienced person who will attend customers properly and take orders on the phone as ours is a takeaway only restaurant.The candidate must know to keep record of bills and stock.Other basic training like operating the billing system, etc. be provided after joining.
