Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Inbound & Outbound sales
  • Digitization of orders taken for medicine
  • Talk to patients on the phone and educate them about medical products
    • Receiving indents.
    • Dispatching medicine to inpatient.
    • Attending out patient.
    • Receiving Medicine from the supplier.
    • Arranging medicine according to their storage condition.
    • Making Purchase order (P.O.) & prepare GRN for the same.
    • Purchase return of medicine due to their expiry date.
    • Arranging non-available medicine from nearby chemist.
    • Quarterly stocktaking.
    • Any other work assigned by superior & management time to time.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
  • Pharm/ D.Pharm degree holder
  • Should be registered with Maharashtra Pharmacy Council
  • 2+ yrs experience in pharmacy or e-pharmacy
  • Good Knowledge of Pharma Molecules and Brands
  • Good Communication and Customer Service Skills
  • Must know how to use Computer and willing to learn our software for digitization
  • Prior experience in startups preferred
