Job Description

Job Responsibilities:-

  1. Uninterrupted Raw Material Supply to All Factories (Mumbai and Dehradun)
  2. Negotiating with suppliers regarding purchase and transport.
  3. Maintaining the Quality and Cost of the products.
  4. Taking quotation from at least four to five suppliers before giving orders.
  5. Submitting monthly performance of vendors to the management.
  6. Taking report of the quality and stock from factory on regular basis.
  7. Maintaining minimum balance level of stock in the factory.
  8. Maintaining proper record of purchases at head office and secrecy of the company
  9. Preparing outstanding statement (including LC due) every fifteen days and submit to accounts team for payment
  10. Attending to phone calls of suppliers and transporters.
