Job ResponsibilitiesOperational ResponsibilitiesResponsible for custody of stock maintained at the warehouseIn bond & Ex-bond movement of stock at the warehouseRecord goods inwardHandle dispatches based on Delivery ChallanWarehouse maintenanceArrangement of stock properly in the warehouseMaintenance of stock records up to date and accurateProviding stock details to Executive LogisticsAssist in arrangement of logisticsMonitor loading and unloading of materialPlanning dispatches of material from the warehouseCheck and make sure all the documents are in line before dispatching the stock.Ensuring delivery is done on time and correctly to the destinationPhysical verification of material and matching it with book stockMaterial ManagementClosing balance ascertainment at the distributors warehouses or corporation depotsPlanning transfer of stock between depots within the same regionMonitoring loading and unloading activities wherever necessary (specially applicable for locations where there is no company warehouse)Stock monitoring and raising requests to Mumbai SCM departmentEnsuring that all stock movements are recorded in system in the form of GRNs, DCs, Inter branch transfer notes etcMonitor and ensure recording of Stock issues to customers is as per the defined policies and proceduresMonitor Maintenance of stock records, and ensure they meet both internal and statutory compliance purposesMonitor warehouse related activitiesMaintain the bonded warehouseImported goods inward and stored quantity details as per Invoice and PHO details to be forwarded to Senior Executive LogisticsMaintenance of recordsMaintenance of bond register & Stock Bin CardsPreparation of monthly stock statement for submission in bond departmentChecking quantity prior to loading of goods as per documents such as Bill of Entry, Shipping Bill, T.P and MRP stickeringEx bond and Bond to Bond delivery of materialMake sure to dispatch the stock after affixing the Bar Code/Hologram/MRP and other statutory stickerManpower ManagementMobilize labour for loading, unloading and dispatch wherever necessaryAllocate team for deliveryTransport CoordinationCoordinate for getting Rate Contracts, Negotiations with transporters, Appointments of new TransportersArranging Vehicles for transportationFollow Up for timely delivery of ordersApproval of Transporter Bills for Payments Statutory and other ComplianceEnsure compliance to the following compliance related activities:Customs - Records maintenance supervisionExcise - Records maintenance supervisionLiaison with authoritiesLabel RegistrationsAny other Statutory Compliance requirements that may be neededcontact for interviewdamini mam7021684442/9167875089
