Job Description

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:Essential:

  • Sourcing for molds, plastic molding parts, machining parts
  • Should able to read product drawing, need to have good communication and writtenskills,
  • Creating and placing Purchase orders to vendors
  • Getting Order acknowledgment and ETA from vendor for material ordered
  • Ensuring timely delivery of material at ideaforge
  • Ensuring timely GRN and IGI for material received
  • Taking care of rejected material
  • Manage vendor payments
  • Subcontracting of job work parts (Painting, Machining, Plastic Molding etc.)
  • Handling R&D requirements
  • Effective communication (oral/written), problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Presentable, must be proficient in PC & MS office
Desirable:
  • BE/BTech Mechanical with Min 2 years of experience, preferably in customized components, Moulding/Machine parts industry.
  • Should have knowledge of MS Excel.
