    • Recruiting New Financial Advisor & Agency Associate Partner.
    • Responsible for clearing the exam of IC33.
    • Making new licenses for the company.
    • Providing product knowledge.
    • Responsible for training to Financial Advisor.
    • Train, motivate & mentor the sales team.
    • To ensure the fulfillment of budgetary expectations of the organization.
    2)Direct Channel:
    • Job Description
    • The primary responsibility of the RM/ Sr. RM is to sell insurance policies by generating leads.
    • Company Will Provide the DataBase and Lead.
    • Serving existing customers or leads.
    • Received from the channel apartfrom sourcing business
    3) Banka Channel:KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: (Sales)
    • Manage sales through the bancassurance channel with multiple branches of banks assigned.
    • Achieve pre-set business targets by initiating 3 calls /day from the designated branches.
    • Meet Customers of the Bank for Lead generated for insurance cross-selling.
    • Work jointing with the Branch Manager on the Business Implementation plan.
    • Meet customers within and outside the Branch as and when required to develop, agree and implement short-term and long-term plans to achieve sales targets.
    • Obtain referrals and writing proposals for bank customers.
    • Take responsibility for the Cluster/region/zone, fulfill leads of the area & prospect new business from the assigned areas.
    • Closing sale and following up on issuance, to maintain the desired persistency ratio
