Qualification - BSc in Nutrition, life sciences graduate/PG in life science Experience - Freshers Skills- Good communication, listening, counseling skills; multilingual, problem- solving skill, paraphrasing, and documentation Reporting to- Sr. Manager Care Delivery Responsibilities- Stay current and best in class on chronic disease (Ex: diabetes, hypertension, CKD, respiratory conditions, etc.) education and management to leverage proven digital therapeutics technique to enhance program engagement and outcomes Provide diet and lifestyle counseling via outbound calls and chats to users of patients as per project therapy brief within the aligned quality framework Successful baseline counseling and retaining a user on the program AE/ADR capturing, reporting and management basis client requirement Patient query handling using the therapy brief guiding material Work closely with the clinical, operations and therapy team by sharing user insights/ challenges/ needs to aid in developing improved care protocols and briefs Share user experience and handling best practices within the team Over a period of time develop and deliver train the trainer capabilities Keep the nutrition Database updated and constantly improving Assist in the training of artificial intelligence, decision support, data to insights loop Update relevant documentation to reflect user interactions and daily tasks,
