Job Description

CNC PROGRAMMERS (Post 02 Nos)Qualification ITI/DMEMinimum Experience 8 to 12 Years.Salary Range As per job knowledge.Job Discription

  • Fully responsible to handle Companys Production, Machinery Maintenance and all other facility related day to day affairs to smooth run industry.
  • Timely completions of jobs assigned & primary responsibility.
  • Required to assess the tooling requirements for the jobs assigned by Production head and same shall be communicated to designated peoples in timely manner.
  • Required to plan design and plan the Jigs and Fixtures required for the machining operations.
  • Responsible for Programming, Setting, and operation of CNC machine of the company as per the directions and job assigned by Production Head.
  • The machine utilization and productivity of machines assigned to you will a sole responsibility of yours.
  • Required to submit all necessary production records and reports as defined in Organizations Quality Management System or directed by your senior officials on time to time basis.
  • Required to do maintain all records related to Companys day to day activities as per API specification and as well under Factories Act.
  • Responsible for executing customer orders placed on the company on timely manner with control on process rejections.
  • Required to ensure appropriate preventive maintenance of the machines assigned to you are performed on timely manner and are in compliance with the preventive maintenance plan followed by the organization.
  • Well maintenance and cleaning of the machine.
