Job Description

Walk-In Interviews @ 5.30 pm (mon - Fri)NO SALES **NO UP-SELLINGUrgent requirement for US medical billing process - Night shift (Anywhere between 6pm to 5.30am)Skill Sets Required:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication Skills
    • Willing to work in night shifts ( Home Drop available)
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
    • Minimum Qualification : HSC Passed.
    • Salary between 12k to 14k Plus PLVP, OT and Floor incentives.
Sat-Sun fixed off**The job involves an analysis of receivables due from healthcare insurance companies and initiation of necessary follow-up actions to get reimbursed. This will include a combination of voice and non-voice follow-up along with undertaking appropriate denial and appeal management protocol.Job responsibility
    • Analyses outstanding claims and initiates collection efforts as per aging report. So that claims get reimbursed.
    • Undertakes denial follow-up and appeals work wherever required.
    • Documents and takes appropriate action of all claims which has been analyzed and followed-up in the clients software.
    • Build good rapport with the insurance carrier representative.
    • Focuses on improving the collection percentage.
