Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Driven to increase wallet share of customers by driving CASA book growth
  • Identifying cross sell opportunities and drive successful a/c creation via deepening opportunities
  • Excellent Client management and team working spirit
  • Enable customers for Digital migration

  • Ability to effectively collaborate with field teams, internal and external

  • Good understanding of Personal and Business Banking products

  • Work to optimize productivity and efficiency by maintaining a healthy connect rate for portfolio mapped.
  • Think out of the box for improving customer experience
Candidate Profile
  • Possesses minimum 2-4 years exposure in Banking/BFSI segment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle pressure, persuade, influence and negotiate effectively at all levels within and outside the organisation
  • Preference will be given to candidates with prior relationship management experience with banks.
