Job Description

Hi,We have Vacancies for the role of Team Leader in Vashi Location.Need to manage Outbound team hence Required candidate from outbound sales background.Candidates Profile :

  • Should have knowledge of Dialer, basically from same channel.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Team leading, overall experience should be minimum 6 years.
Salary : upto 6 LPA (depending upon candidates profile)Type of position: Full TimeJob Responsibilities :
  • The role holder will primarily manage the sales team and drive strategy; planning and implementing the sales plan to achieve the desired sales objectives for the assigned channel.
  • Manage a team of 20-30 TSOs with an average business potential along with Training them for sales.
  • Responsible for recruitment/training of TSOs
  • Responsible for effective manpower/workstation management
  • Responsible for process and quality compliance
  • Closely work with ops for seamless booking
