    • Greeting visitors: Receptionists are responsible for greeting visitors, verifying their identity, and directing them to the appropriate location.
    • Scheduling appointments: Receptionists may schedule appointments for visitors or employees, ensuring that there is no conflict with existing appointments.
    • Managing incoming and outgoing mail: Receptionists are often responsible for managing incoming and outgoing mail, including distributing mail to appropriate recipients and sending out mail as needed
