  • Maintain receipts,records & withdrawals of the stockrooms.
  • Receive,unload & shelve supplies.
  • Inspect deliveries for damages or discrepancies;report those to accounting for reimbursements & record keeping.
  • Rotate stock & coordinate the disposal of Surpluses.
  • Ensure adequate record keeping & manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels & maintain inventory control.
  • Keeps records to maintain inventory control,cost containment & to assure proper stock levels.
  • Physically checking,taking monthly physical stock & reconciliation of stock & forwarding MIS report to HOD.
  • Making gate pass of Returnable /Non Returnable Material
  • Proper filling & labeling of GRN,material requisition slip & debit note.
  • Issue of material & updating the stock in SAP
  • Prepare monthly raw material,Work in Progress & finished goods report.
  • Handle independently man & material & controlling.
  • Maintaining all the date also trained to operate SAP systems.
Note: Candidate must have a SAP B1 working knowledge
