Job Description

Immediate hiring Work from Home - (International chat process) We are hiring forCustomer Service Associate for International chat Process for BPO Sector in Mumbai.Job details:

  • Designation: Customer Service Associate
  • Nature of Job: International Chat process
  • Shifts: Rotational Shifts
  • Week-off: 2 Rotational off
  • Salary: 19k to 22K
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Responsible to provide excellent customer service, solving questions and complaints
  • Respond to customer complaints in a professional manner; attempt to resolve complaints successfully in accordance with established guidelines
  • Proven customer service skills
  • Good logical reasoning analytical skills
  • Assist customers via , email or chat
  • Energetic, friendly and approachable individuals who that understand the importance of great customer service
Eligibility Criteria:
  • HSC/Graduate (fresher)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient in reading & Writing skills
  • Candidates Preferred with typing speed of at least 30 WPM
  • Basic Technical Knowledge & Microsoft Office
  • Should be willing to work in 24/7 shift
