Job Description
  • Sourcing Loan in Maharashtra through a team of Area Sales Manager, Assistant Sales Manager (ASMs ) and District Sales Manager (DSMs)
  • Recruit, train and lead a team of RMs and SMs
  • Build distribution by recruiting, training and managing channels/DSAs to source for the Company Conduct regular channel visits, monitor their performance and ensure compliance with the organisations policies related to channel management.
  • Liaise with the credit and operations teams to ensure processes and policies are adhered to.
  • Be responsible for the quality of the portfolio sourced.
  • Liaise with the collections team to ensure delinquency is kept under control.
  • Address customer queries/complaints and ensure Customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining and regular reporting of the Sales MIS.
  • Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
  • Ensure that the sales process is compliant with the organisations policies.
