Job Description

Role: Regional QA Incharge Designation: Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager/ Manager Department: Quality Assurance Work Location: Nellore Reporting To: Production Manager - Plant Objective of The Role: To verify the QA Functional activities related to quality to comply with effectiveness of quality monitoring system Job Responsibilities

  1. Ensure the Raw, Semi finished and Finished goods quality as per Statutory and company Standards
  2. Ensure the Packaging material quality as per specification
  3. Monitoring the Curd cultures requirement and indenting the required cultures
  4. Monitoring the Curd culture cost and Recommending the Curd culture Combinations and bring down the cost as much as possible with superior quality at across the group
  5. Monitoring the Regional QA manpower activities and identifying the training needs & train them on updated/required testing procedures
  6. Monitoring and ensuring the SSOP as per the schedule and escalate any deviation / abnormality to both Admin & Functional incharges
  7. Arranging Calibrated Equipments/glass ware and Laboratory chemicals required for entire region
  8. Attending the market complaint and Analysing for route cause and suggested for redressal
  9. Monitoring and ensuring food safety Mgt system (ISO2200) for entire region (coordinating internal audits, MRM ETC)
  10. Ensure and monitor TS (Total Solids) balance for allotted CCs and Packing Plants
  11. Ensure and monitor product tracebility mechanism for entire food chain
  12. Conduct at least one food safety training quarterly once for all staff members
  13. Responsible for Chilling Centre visits
Skills Functional Skills:
  1. Crisis Management
  2. Route Cause Analysis
  3. Expertise in Dairy
  4. Multi-functional knowledge of all departments
Technical Skills:
  1. Dairy Technology
  2. Certified internal auditor in food safety
  3. Computer skills, preferable on SAP skills
Required Candidate profileEducational Qualification:B.tech (Dairy) from renowned institutions like NDRI/ TPT Venkteswara / Dairy science college Bangalore/ Kakinada/ Kama ReddyPrior Experience:7 to 15 yrs. in QA ,
