Call customer as per CRM lead (Winback, Customer Referral & Leaders app fresh leads) 8)Generate leads by Marketing activities (Cold) and reference calling. 9)Call customers for interest collection. 10)Ensure proper customer relation for renewal & reference. 11)Handle front desk activity & maintain data on CRM .
