Job Description

    Job Description Educational CounsellorPosition: Educational CounsellorLocation: Noida, Sector 2Eligibility: Graduate/Postgraduate in any streamJob Responsibilities:
    • Convert leads from various marketing channels.
    • Connect with 80 prospective students daily via calls (LeadSquared CRM).
    • Identify upskilling needs based on student interests.
    • Provide detailed program information through phone/video counselling.
    • Achieve weekly/monthly enrolment targets and revenue goals.
    • Generate referrals from the existing customer base.
    • Identify cross-selling/up-selling opportunities.
    Job Requirements:
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
    • Experience in online course sales (XLRI, IIMs, OP Jindal, etc.).
    • CRM software experience is a plus.
    • Passion for sales, self-motivated, and target-driven.
    • Immediate joiners preferred.
