Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Accounts Payable & Receivable Management:Oversee the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring that all payments are made on time, and collections are efficiently handled.
    • Invoice & Expense Report Processing:Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment requests, maintaining proper documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
    • Financial Reconciliation:Reconcile financial statements, bank transactions, and ledgers to ensure that all records are accurate and up to date.
    • Budgeting & Financial Reporting:Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, supporting the overall financial planning process and providing insights to management.
    • Compliance & Audits:Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal company policies. Assist with conducting audits and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
    • Vendor & Client Communication:Act as the point of contact for vendors, clients, and internal departments to resolve any financial discrepancies, answer queries, and maintain strong working relationships.
    Desired Skills & Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or accounting functions, with up to 5 years considered.
    • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or other ERP systems).
    • Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and compliance requirements.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
    • Good communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with vendors, clients, and internal departments.
    • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation.
