Job Description

    Dear candidate,We are hiring for Accounts Manager- Taxation.Experience: 9 yearsCTC: upto 25LPALocation: NoidaFunctional Responsibilities:
    • Expertise in tax planning, compliance, and reporting, ensuring company meet their tax obligations while optimizing tax strategies.
    • Handled corporate income tax cases.
    • Monthly /Annual closing of books as per I GAAP /IND AS.
    • Finalization of Books of Accounts, Annual Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account,
    • Consolidation of final accounts of all subsidiaries including foreign subsidiaries with in timeline.
    • Focus on accurate and timely financial reporting, and presentation to the Management.
    • MIS/information as and when required by the management.
    • Ensuring the all compliances related to GST, Income Tax, SEZ, RBI etc. within due dates.
    • Co-ordinating with different departments for desired information and closure of key responsible areas.
    Competencies:
    • Chartered Accountant with minimum experience of 10 years in handling tax matters.
    • Should have deep knowledge of Indian accounting, taxation and statutory laws.
    • Knowledge of I GAAP and IND AS.
