Job Description

    Chetu isseeking a detail-oriented and organized Admin Executive to oversee daily office operations, manage administrative tasks, and support various departments. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Manage office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
    2. Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and official letters.
    3. Maintain and update company databases, records, and files.
    4. Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and office events.
    5. Oversee procurement of office supplies, equipment, and vendor management.
    6. Support HR functions, including onboarding, attendance tracking, and employee documentation.
    7. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.
    8. Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
    9. Manage office expenses, invoices, and petty cash handling.
    10. Provide general support to staff and visitors.
    Required Skills & Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as an Administrative Executive, Office Administrator, or similar role.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
