Job Description

    As an Admission Counselor , you will play a crucial role in guiding potential learners towards a successful career path. We are seeking a proven sales performer with a strong background in consultative sales, particularly in the Ed-tech sector. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling high-ticket products, nurturing leads, and maintaining a competitive edge in a fast-paced sales environment.Responsibilities:
    1. Mentorship and Guidance:
    • Act as a mentor and guide for potential learners, providing valuable career advice.
    • Counsel learners on planning their career paths and demonstrate how programs can catalyze their career growth.
    1. Sales and Revenue Targets:
    • Meet weekly enrollment, revenue, and collection targets.
    • Own the complete sales closing life cycle for assigned leads, including calls, product demonstrations, and post-sales relationship management.
    1. Communication and Presentation:
    • Establish the uniqueness and effectiveness of online/blended learning model.
    • Demonstrate outstanding English communication skills, both written and verbal, during interactions with potential learners.
    1. Database Management:
    • Maintain a detailed CRM database of all lead interactions.
    • Provide constant feedback to the marketing team on lead quality.
    Requirements:
    • Outstanding English communication skills (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills.
    • Experience in Ed Tech sales is advantageous.
    • Proven track record as a sales performer.
    • Ability to approach situations with patience and empathy.
    • Disciplined approach to building funnels, tracking feedback, prioritizing tasks, and meeting targets.
    • Sales-oriented mindset to effectively communicate offerings and achieve revenue targets.
    • Passion for delivering high levels of customer service.
    • Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite.
    Deliverables/KPIs:
    • Minimum of 100 dials every day with 40 connects.
    • 2 hours of talk time on average per day and 1 video session.
    • Enroll a minimum of 2 students per week.
    • Consistently meet weekly revenue targets.
