    • Shift: General Shift (9 Hours)

    About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced, target-oriented Admission Counsellor who can guide students in choosing the right academic programs and successfully convert inquiries into enrollments. The role demands strong communication, counseling, and sales skills in a fast-paced education environment.Key Responsibilities
    • Counsel students on courses, eligibility, admission process, fees, and scholarships
    • Understand student career goals and recommend suitable academic programs
    • Handle inbound inquiries and make outbound/cold calls
    • Convert leads into enrollments and achieve monthly targets
    • Maintain consistent follow-ups with students and parents
    • Coordinate with the admissions team for enrollment confirmation
    • Update and manage student data accurately in CRM systems
    Required Skills & Qualifications
    • Any UG / PG degree
    • 14 years of experience in admission counseling, academic sales, or career guidance
    • Fluency in English and Hindi (mandatory)
    • Basic knowledge of MS Office & CRM tools
    • Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
    • Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment
    • Willing to work 6 days from office
