    AEM Architects:Locations available : Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Coimbatore, Delhi, Kolkata, Kochi, Mumbai and Pune12+ years of strong hands on experience in latest version of Angular, ReactJS, NgRx, RxJS, Redux. Experience in design and architecting portal solution Write Custom Workflows / Event Handlers / Scheduler Satisfying the Business Needs Configure the Dispatcher according to the Client RequirementExperience in designing content lifecycle using Adobe and Adobe Marketing tools.Should be capable of employing strong coding standards for efficiency, readability, and reuse. Advise and assist cross functional teams on an ongoing journey towards agile software development, and lead the development of tools and practices to manage work and create visibility to leadershipMust havegood Skills on the Performance Management / Maintenance and Error Analysis Construct AEM technical architecture for multiple solutions fitting clients industry standards, use cases, strategy and technical needsWork with technical leads to design a solution that optimally utilizes Adobe tools and supports clients use cases, strategy and industry standardsBreak down Customer strategies into phased roadmaps according to Customer priorities, industry best practices and technology prerequisites and dependenciesAlign AEM roadmap phases to executable use cases Contribute to Customers digital marketing strategies based on industry best practicesProvide strategic guidance and direction to Customers for maximizing their digital marketing effectiveness.Use the latest best practice learning from the industry to help Customers ensure that marketing campaigns and solutions are fully integrated and fine-tuned via data driven insightsExcellent problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify issues, solve them quickly and well, and know when to rely on internal resources to assistExpertise in the following languages and technologies: HTML, HTML5, Java Script, XML, Java, WCM, services based architecture, REST, Web analytics, content targetingKnowledge of current digital marketing trends and best practices on topics such as personalization, cross channel marketing, mobile, data driven optimization of experiencesInnovative thinker and desire to help us build out a new Consulting practice and be a pioneer within the industryCollaborates with other IT functions to design solutions for complex problems and understand end-to-end business processes.
