Job Description

    Job Title: Agency Channel - Direct Sales Force (DSF)Location: Noida & Greater Noida, Uttar PradeshJob Type: Full-timeIndustry: Insurance (Life/General/Health)Roles and Responsibilities:
    • Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance agents/advisors.
    • Drive sales through the agency channel and achieve business targets.
    • Conduct regular training and motivation sessions for agents to enhance productivity.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents and customers.
    • Monitor the performance of agents and provide necessary support to achieve targets.
    • Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.
    • Assist in planning and executing local marketing campaigns to drive business growth.
    • Provide after-sales service and resolve customer queries efficiently.
    Key Requirements:
    • Bachelors degree in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
    • 1-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial sector.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
    • Ability to manage and motivate a team of agents.
    • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
    • Familiarity with the Noida & Greater Noida market will be an advantage.
