Job Description

    Agency Manager - Life Insurance (DSF Channel) Location: Noida / Greater Noida Salary: 3 LPA 5.5 LPAJob Role: Agency Manager (DSF Channel)We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Agency Manager to join our Life Insurance team under the DSF (Direct Sales Force) channel. This role is designed for individuals with a strong background in the BFSI sector, specifically in Agency Insurance (Life/General/Health), and who are looking to make an impact in the local market.Key Responsibilities:Build, lead, and manage a team of agents under the DSF channel to achieve business objectives and sales targets.Drive business growth by recruiting, training, and mentoring agents to ensure optimal performance.Develop strategies to increase market penetration and expand the customer base.Provide leadership and guidance to agents, ensuring their continuous growth and motivation.Ensure high-quality customer service and maintain strong client relationships.Monitor the performance of the team and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.Regularly conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to improve agent productivity.Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to seize new opportunities.Qualifications and Skills Required:Graduate (Full-time course only).Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Agency Insurance (Life/General/Health) or BFSI sector in the local market.Proven ability to recruit, train, and manage agents effectively.Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of the insurance products and industry dynamics.Must possess a two-wheeler for commuting.Age: 35 years and below.Availability to join within 30 days (90 days notice period is not recommended).Contact Num. -hidden_mobile orshalinim@shreemahakal.in
