Job Description

    A Motor Insurance Agency Manager drives sales, recruits new agents, and supports existing agent partners in a specific territory to achieve business targets, typically focusing on motor insurance products.     • Recruitment & Development: Actively recruit, onboard, and train new insurance agent partners within the assigned territory.
    • Sales & Target Achievement: Drive motor insurance business through agents to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
    • Relationship Management: Conduct regular field visits to engage with agents, conduct joint sales calls, and ensure high engagement levels.
    • Training: Train agents on motor insurance products, policy updates, and the companys portal/app usage.
    • Operational Support: Support agents with service requests, including endorsements, cancellations, and the claims process.
    • Compliance: Ensure that all agents strictly adhere to regulatory guidelines and internal compliance policies.
