Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities1. To represent the companyas MR and takelead inthe implementation &improvementof the Quality Management Systems across different sites.2. Lead system audits and conductsmanagement meetings.3. Take leadershipby increating & updating standards based on customer auditsandstandard evolution of customer specific requirements.4. Have great enthusiasm for education & adherence to standardsrequirements across sites.5. Continuously review standards to bring in updation of best practices.6. Have good experience in VDA 6.3 standards.7.Thorough knowledge&experience inimplementationofISO TS, OHSAS,ESH, etc.8. Lead system audits at vendors and suppliers.9. Lead TQM activity ofthe organization.Desired Candidate Profile1.Conductawareness&trainingsessions.2. Network with societies like ACMA, CII, TQI, etc.3. Should have been incorporateleadQMS position for aminimum of08to10yearsand certified for lead auditor.4. Automotive background throughoutthe career.5. Prior manufacturing/design experience.6. Good leadership and communication skills.7. Co-ordinate across sites to collect MIS &performance data.
