Understand and align with our clients KPI/SLAs and inherent RCM metrics. Develop and implement RCM strategies to improve KPIs, including the verticals profitability. Lead internal and external business reviews to showcase current RCM health and identify farming opportunities with our clients. Provide leadership, direction and administration over Operations, in line with business/organizational goals and strategy, provide thought leadership and technical expertise & guidance as needed. Co-ordinate with Workforce planning, Hiring and Training functions to maintain optimal staffing Identify and help groom potential leaders for tomorrow with the L&D team Driving employee engagement through continuous learning opportunities, timely rewards and. recognitions and performance reviews Identify and implement automation and AI opportunities in the current process flows in coordination with the Process Excellence / Digital Transformation teams.Desired Candidate:Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: A minimum of 10 years of proven relevant leadership experience, and a track record of leading operations temas in dynamic, growth organizations in the Healthcare RCM field. Outstanding oral and written communications skills, with a demonstrated ability to serve as an effective spokesperson and visible leader. Outstanding listening skills, and an ability to clearly articulate the organizations message and command the respect of his or her audiences. Outstanding interpersonal, influence and persuasion skills, including the ability to relate well to a diverse range of constituencies and stakeholders. An ability to facilitate team building and interact with others in an even-handed, caring manner which engenders respect. Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills with the ability to facilitate and influence decisions by motivating others to achieve excellence in both quality of work and their approach to team work. Knowledge of healthcare regulatory rules and how they apply to revenue cycle operations and outsourcing service providers. Ability to travel to visit clients, attend trade shows, and support the BD team in pitching to prospective clients,
