AGM GM PRODUCTION PLANNINGQUALIFICATION: - DIPLOMA B.TECH MECHEXPERIENCE:-15 YRSJOB DESCRIPTIONOverseeing production cum maintenance activities (Autonomous Maintenance System) in EIIL and production related task including planning, control and troubleshooting. Responsible Manpower & material planning, training, safety housekeeping, project management activities and cooperation with material and quality department Working on Oracle (R12) based ERP system for production reporting; WIP Planning & Inventory Control (RIP). Arranging & ordering required part or sub-assembly as per breakdown/preventive maintenance through ERP Analyzing the breakdowns, mentoring operations, troubleshooting defective systems / machines, determining root causes and eliminating it Making reports pertaining breakdown, job cards issuing also history card preparation for special type breakdowns. Preparing monthly presentation of Small Group Activities (SGA) for cost saving/ down-time saving. Reducing repair and maintenance cost.
