Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities We are hiring a AGM/GM Site Head for Residential Projects in Noida. As Site Head you will be responsible to manage and coordinate large and/or complex real estate projectthrough all phases of design, permitting and construction. Provides leadership for regional site projectmanagement function by managing, coordinating, and developing staff. Operates with significantindependence and minimal supervision as the principal project representative. Will meet regularly withsenior management at corporate real estate and with other top executives. Manage and runs theproject end-to-end from planning, execution till delivery on time. Position AGM/GM (Site Head), ProjectsReports To: Technical Director Job Level: AGM/GMLocation: Noida, India Position Type: Full-TimeKey Responsibilities:

  • Ensures assigned projects are completed within budgets and schedules while meeting business objectives and design guidelines. Manages program of projects and project managers to ensure successful completion and coordination of all efforts.
  • Explanation of project scope and the associated costs as required is part of this process.
  • Monitor s progress provides financial control and ensures quality of project.
  • Project coordination including planning, Project tracking. Finding unseen reasons for delay andits remedies. Adhere to the project time and quality in safe working conditions. Systemgeneration for quality and EHS.
  • Preparation of BOQ as per available resources for advance arrangement for avoiding any
  • deviation in project cost and time.
  • Project scheduling and resource planning, providing day to day and weekly information to themanagement including progress of work, resources deployment, fund allocation sheet andother required information by Management.
  • Costing, Rate analysis, rates negotiations, Contractor deployment, resource planning. Storeinventory and Monthly auditing of material.
  • Meetings with project stake holders, keeping records of minutes of meeting. Solving problemsand giving solution to the site and management.
  • Reconciliation of material like Steel, cement, building material, finishing item. Preparation ofreports. Implementation of corrective measure for reducing wastage if any. Energy Audit
  • including all construction equipment and light arrangement.
  • Training to staff and workers for improving their efficiency.

  • BE in Civil with 15+ years of experience in direct management of large and luxury residential real estate projects preferably from a real estate industry.
  • Expertise in handling site construction, site analysis, permitting and approvals, budget control, estimating, design and construction coordination, and project scheduling.
  • Should have handled a team.
  • Self-motivated and results oriented with an ability to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD and Project management software.
  • Possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
Nice to have
  • ME /M. Tech. in Construction Management.
