Job Description

    Dear Candidate,Greetings of the day!We are Hiring forAM - FinanceOverview:Process:Establish and maintain financial controls, internal financial controls, and procedures for the company.EgP2P, R2R, etc.Timely booking and processing of the payment.Finance Operations - Accounting, reporting & validationsAccounting of expense properly in the corresponding GLs.Timely payment to the vendors.Month-end closure (M+1) and provision of the expense.Preparing monthly MIS with schedules of all the expenses and balance sheet items.Ensuring there are no debit balances in sundry creditors and advances > 30 days.Validating, booking, and processing of the salary & F&Fs.Closure of daily BRS.Accounting and validation of Fixed assets and maintaining FAR.Closing of the internal audit, statutory audit, and due diligence.Coordinating with outsourcing agency for financial and tax functions.Preparation of year-end financial along with notes to accountsCo-ordination with Auditors for internal and Statutory audit and ensuring timely closure of audit points and submission of detail to auditors.TaxAccurately calculating and paying the monthly TDSAssisting the consultant with filing the TDS returnAccurately calculating and paying the monthly GST like GSTR-1, GSTR-6 & GSTR-3B.Assisting the consultant with filing the GST returnChecking whether the payroll compliance is done as per the relevant act.Monthly reconciliation of ITC with GSTR 2A/2B and 3BEnsure compliance with reference to payment of TDS, GST, PT, PF, ESI etc.Regards,HR Team
