Job Description

    Minimum Requirements:
    • Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
    • Experience: 0-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related role.
    • Basic knowledge of bank reconciliation, payroll processing, and statutory compliance is
    • preferred.
    • Familiarity with financial reporting, budget analysis, and financial software is a plus.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools.
    • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
    • Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Monthly closing of bank reconciliation
    • Payroll Processing and Employee Tax Management
    • Timely deposit of statutory dues.
    • Preparation of daily fund position
    • Book Closure activities
    • Tracking of budgeted vs actual project cost
    • Data Analytics and MIS - Based on organization requirements
    • Liaising with the financial institution for daily operation activities.
