Job Description

    Engineering Graduate with 8 to 12 years relevant experience in network design and optimization.Hands-on working experience in LTE/5G Planning and design is must with Nokia skill set. .
    • Knowledge of VB and Access would be an advantage
    • Willing to work in shifts
    • Good communication and customer handling skills.
    • Hands on experience ATOLL /Asset/9955/Planet tool for Model Tuning and Nominal planning.
    • Understanding of Nokia SRAN hardware and power distribution.
    • Very good in understanding customer requirement and coordinating with different teams.
    Should be familiar with NSN OSS tools, reporting solution, counters & parameters and Feature implementation for 2G/3G/LTE networks.Knowledge of radio network design, planning for 4G/5G including nominal Cell Plan, traffic simulations, Scrambling code planning, dimensioning, capacity planning and capacity expansion plan based on traffic forecast for short term and long term. Knowledge of RF design fundamentals, RF propagation behavior and Model Tuning.Solid understanding of LTE/5G Network Optimization and Network Performance principles. Knowledge of LTE/5G radio network optimization and audit process which includes configuration audits, parameters audit, radio capacity assessment and post processing of drive tests log files and Layer 3 analysis. Performance and quality in order to meet customer objectives and targets.KPI definition, Multi layer tuning, traffic forecasting, Parameter tuning, Data optimization knowledge.Team competence development by delivering appropriate technical trainings to the team.Good communication skills and attitude for knowledge sharing.Able to work independently and as part of a group.Reliable and efficient targeting for good quality.
