While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.You will be a part of Centralized arm of CX Sales Support and Customer Success team working in proximity of frontline SSO, Market SSOs, Key Users and CT teams enabling strong governance, rapid change management, unifying processes, integrating systems, CRM Management, Predictive analytics models, driving efficiency, automation and leading to cost benefit for Nokia. What you will learn and contribute to As part of our team, you will:
    • Generate meaningful analysis that can be presented to senior management on periodic basis
    • Analyse Pipeline and Financial KPIs
    • Create Dashboard based on Salesforce Einstein analytics using JSON / SOQL codes
    • Conduct enablement session for users on Global Dashboards
    • Maintain CRM dashboards on periodic basis
    • Create dataflows to bring data from various source systems
    Your skills and experience You have:
    • Strong Pipeline and Financial understanding
    • Good analytical Skills, Business Acumen and an eye to spot trends, patterns, deviations in data
    • Articulation and visualization of presentations to senior management
    • Good understanding of writing SQL queries and understanding of data structures
    • Must have hands on experience on Salesforce Einstein / Tableau Analytics dashboard designing via code (JSON / SAQL/ SQL) and designing data flows
    It would be nice if you also had:
    • Understanding of statistical analysis and creating models
    • Good understanding of Python / Machine Learning
