Job Description

    The area sale manager role is to evaluate and authorize approval loan application for customers or for business. You will act as a team manager who will help relationship manager in liasons between customers and our Financial institutions and you will help qualified applicants acquire loans in a timely manner.Job duties ;
    • Acheive targets through lead generations and fulfillment from the open market and alternate channels.
    • Mointoring and managing teams and setting targets for them.
    • Analyse and formulate the sales planes and strategy and acheive the revenue budget through the team of sales manager and relationship manager.
    • Preparing and maintaining various MIS reports for the reference of top management.
    • Assist in negotiation of tearms and follows through to closing.
    • Implements procedures and training to prevent frauds.
    Requirements:
    • Candidate must be graduate and tech friendly.
    • Atleast 5year experience in Home loan and DSA and DST channel.
    • Network of active DSAs.
    • Team management experience.
    • Able to nurture and train the team.
    Skills:
    • Strong customer focus and commitment to continuous improvement.
    • Abilitu to proactively network and establish effective working relationships.
    • Strong consulting skills and demonstrated abilty to work in a team environment ,as a team leader and member.
