Job Description

    Argus J LeadStrong understanding of the PV business processes, drivers, and metrics (such as case processing, reporting, and signal detection) Responsible in delivering as an SME in day to day operations management across all H&MS areas, ensuring process adherence, timely resolution with optimal quality and as per MS processes without any errors or duplication of efforts Resolves L2 / L3 tickets related to Argus config issues (System and Business), Custom E2b profiles, Configuring Argus Aggregate and Periodic reports Working knowledge of writing SQL queries and/or PL/SQL code Onshore and offshore handshake for daily activities. Excellent Bilingual (English + Japanese) communication (Verbal + Written) and inter-personal skills Owns critical issues requiring immediate assistance during Japan business hours Drives and manages Problem Root cause identification and resolution Owns technical review, impact assessment and risk assessment of all non-L1 change controls Owns review, versioning, repository, reusability, optimization and training around all code packages and technical solutions across various customers Oversees the upskilling/mentoring roadmap for team members includes problem management, training identification and coaching/mentoring in all ticket tasks, includes all process related areas Responsible for envisioning and executing continuous improvement initiatives across various customer systems and technical processes (e.g. bring forth efficiency in monitoring, procedural, mandatory tasks, etc.) Stage Gate approver for KEDB and H&MS knowledge articles/Knowledge Base Provide reports and information to internal stakeholders and customers on technological initiatives Steers and drives in COE (Center of Excellence) initiatives within the H&MS organizationQualificationsB.Tech Engineering Graduate Masters Degree Business Administration Pref 6-9 years of related experience in consulting and/or life sciences industry Req Possesses solid project management skills and client influencing and relationship building skills.Essentials: Technical sound knowledge in oracle Argus J application Good understanding of Oracle Argus Safety data base Japanese and English language skill set Oracle PLSQL programing knowledge
