Location: Noida Position Type: Full time Purpose of Role: Under the guidance of seniors, assist project teams to create high-quality illustrated, non-fiction titles within budget and schedule. Roles and Responsibilities: Check and maintain editorial accuracy and quality at every stage of the book-making process. Organise own work as per project schedule, workflow, and briefs. Carry out a range of editorial tasks as and when required, for example: Research subject matter to ensure factual accuracy and depth. Edit copies in accordance with a projects editorial style guide. Collaborate with designers to create spreads with editorially accurate and relevant visual content. Proofread pages in accordance with a projects editorial style guide. Maintain excellent communication channels with entire book team for the duration of a project. Required skills: Excellent editorial aptitude and attention to detail. Good grasp of the English language, including spelling, punctuation, and grammar. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritise tasks, multitask, and handle a varied workload. Flexibility and enthusiasm to take on tasks. Desired candidate profile: Qualification Bachelors or Masters degree in English or Journalism from an institute of repute. Experience 0 to 2 years of experience (preferably in publishing/ media). ,
