Billing Process :Responsible for managing Billing Cycle across all developers for a particular zone Ensure reconciliation of booking data with builders along with client payment before raising any bill.Raise bill as per the brokerage schedule and ensure timely submission of bills to the developer.Keep track of all the invoices raised and regular follow-up with developers for payment release. Essential Skills :1. MBA(Finance) / CA Inter 2. A minimum of 5 years of MIS Analytics experience, preferably in a sales organization3. Good Communication skills4. Good hands on MS Excel and MS Access.
