    Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Business Development (Cosmetics)Company: Sarvotham Care Limited, a leading Nutraceuticals CDMO business with over 30 years of experience.Location: Noida, IndiaReporting To: Unit Head, NoidaAbout Us:Sarvotham Care Limited is a mid-sized CDMO, providing a comprehensive range of services for R&D, formulation, innovation, analytics, pilot production, manufacturing, pre-clinical and clinical trials for Nutraceuticals, Naturals, Herbals, ayurceutics and Cosmetics across Healthcare, Homecare, Personal Care, Hospital Care, Oral Care and Wellness. We offer clients a one-stop solution for their development and manufacturing needs, supported by industry-leading expertise, state-of-the-art facilities, and a commitment to quality and regulatory compliance.Our infrastructure:Centre of Excellence in Hyderabad: Houses Formulation R&D, Innovation, analytical capabilities, and Pilot Production.Corporate Office in Hyderabad: Manages. overall company operations.Manufacturing Units: Located in Hyderabad and Baddi, Himachal Pradesh.R&D office in Noida: Focuses on client collaboration and project execution.About the Role:We are looking for a driven and experienced Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager to join our Business Development team, focusing on the Cosmetics segment. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities within the cosmetics industry, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the growth and profitability of the company.Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective business development strategies for the Cosmetics segment.Identify and qualify potential new clients within the cosmetics industry.Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to proposal development and contract negotiation.Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at potential and existing clients.Understand and communicate the value proposition of our CDMO services to potential clients, leveraging the expertise and capabilities of our Centre of Excellence and pan-India infrastructure.Stay abreast of industry trends and identify new market opportunities.Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.Participate in industry events and trade shows.Contribute to the development and execution of marketing and sales initiatives.Achieve assigned sales targets.Collaborate effectively with internal functions such as production, quality control, R&D, and commercial teams at our various locations to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.Qualifications:Bachelors degree (B.Sc. or M.Sc.) in Chemistry, B.Pharm, or M.Pharm.MBA in Marketing preferred, but not mandatory.Minimum 10 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the cosmetics industry.Strong understanding of the cosmetics market and its current trends.Proven ability to develop and close deals.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.Regulatory knowledge and negotiation skills are an added advantage.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work with a leading CDMO in the Nutraceuticals industry.Dynamic and fast-paced work environment.Career development opportunities.To Apply:Please submit your resume and cover letter to hidden_email.Additional Information:This is a full-time position,
