Job Description

    As a Sales Executive at our company, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying potential B2B customers, and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers. Your role will involve collaborating with the sales team to create effective strategies, meeting sales targets, and ensuring accurate customer information in the CRM system.Key Responsibilities:- Generate leads through cold calling and email outreach.- Identify and qualify potential B2B customers based on their needs.- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer information and sales activities.- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.- Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales strategies and presentations.- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.Qualifications Required:- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- A proactive approach to sales and customer engagement.
