Job Description

Anudip has a successful placement record due to its curriculum being customized to actual the needs of employers from multiple sectors.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as an Assistant Placement Manager at Anudip Foundation in Noida. The Assistant Placement Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with employers, identifying job opportunities, and providing placement support to students. They will work closely with Anudip. trainers to ensure that the training program meets employers expectations. The Assistant Placement Manager should be highly organized, able to multitask and prioritize work effectively, and should have excellent communication and negotiation skills.Qualifications Proven experience as an Assistant Placement Manager or any similar role. Strong understanding of placement processes and labor market trends in the country. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with employers. Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines and work under pressure. Strong analytical skills and ability to maintain records and provide reports. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
