    AVP - SalesAre you looking for a upgrade and rewarding career in sales Do you have a passion for finding and closing deals with guiding investors who want to become angel investor in companies If yes, then we have an exciting opportunity for you!ResponsibilityWe are looking for an AVP - Sales who will be responsible for finding angel investors who are interested in investing in companies, hiring a team of distributors/ Financial Consultant and training them to achieve targets. You will also be involved in developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and reporting on sales performance.Recruit, train, and manage a team of distributors who can sell our products and Private Equity to customers. Monitor and evaluate the sales performance of the distributors and provide feedback and coaching.RequirementTo be successful in this role, you should have:A minimum of 30 years of ageA graduation degree from a recognized universityAt least 5 years. of experience in sales, preferably in the investment, Banking & Real Estate sectorExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsStrong leadership, team-building, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesWillingness to travel frequentlyIf you think you have what it takes to be our AVP - Sales, please apply with your resume and cover letter.
