Astrotalk is a fast-growing, bootstrapped startup that has satisfied over 30 million customers.Role Description Recruit, onboard, and manage team of associates who specialise in assessing Astrologers Find & evaluate astrologer hiring leads. Manage the recruitment and selection process of astrologers Conduct regular audits, maintain quality standards, adherence to guidelines, and to identify areas for improvement. Monitor and analyse ratings of reporters Act as a point of contact for team members to address grievances, concerns, or issues, and work towards resolution in a timely manner. Continuously work on smoothening the hiring process of astrologers Collaborate to strategize and implement plans to increase overall astrologer hiring. numbers Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior Proven experience in project management, team leadership, or a related field. Overall 4 years of experience with 1-2 years of Direct team leading experience. Fluency in any one of the following languages - Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu. Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills. Exposure to or experience with e-commerce or digital business.
