Cucumber (BDD Framework)Role: Automation Test Engineer Test Analyst will be working on multiple goals/objectives to drive quality and testing execution for customers in the BFSI Segments.Job Descriptions: Overview of Experience Required: Overall Experience 5 to 8 years Min 3 years of experience in Test Automation skill sets like Java, Selenium Webdriver and Cucumber Excellent technical & communication skills Jira / Confluence experience desirable Banking and Finance Domain experience desirableOverview of Technical Experience required: Selenium WebDriver Java BDD (behavior driven development) using Cucumber Jbehave and CI (continuous integration) using Jenkins GIT, Bitbucket, Maven SQLPOSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS :Core Role & Responsibilities Responsible for developing/enhancing the test automation framework in accordance with Enterprise automation guidelinesResponsible for writing the functional and non-functional test scenarios based upon the acceptance criteria mentioned in the user storiesResponsible for reviewing and collaborating on the acceptance test scenarios with the scrum team, product owner and business stakeholdersResponsible for developing and executing the test automation scripts in accordance with API test automation framework at an API levelResponsible for creating and maintaining relevant regression test suites at a service/product levelResponsible for following engineering and testing best practices and guidelines for Source Code ManagementResponsible for producing the test execution reports for scheduled/ on demand test executionsParticipate in code reviews of the API automation scriptsResponsible for defining, provisioning and maintaining the test dataResponsible to work with Dev-Ops engineers for set up, maintenance and enhancements to CI/CD pipelines for API automation suitesResponsible for executing the API automation suites on multiple test environmentsResponsible for producing automation matrices such as automation traceabilityResponsible for creating Service Virtualisation stubs Skill-setExperience in developing API automation frameworks such as Rest AssuredStrong experience in testing APIs using automation tools such as Postman, Jmeter, Loadrunner etc.Ability to understand the system design, system integrations to integrate the API suites for facilitating the integration testingGood understanding of service and data virtualization conceptsStrong experience in development & execution of API automation test scripts using Rest AssuredStrong understanding on dev-ops tools (Jenkins, Maven etc.) and concepts including CI/CDExperience working in Jira/Zephyr for Test and Defect Management (test scenarios/cases, defects, reporting) and other tools such as confluenceExtensive experience in System testing, Regression testing, Smoke and Sanity testing and End to End testingExperience in Agile development methodologiesMust-Have Primary SkillQA Testing-Test Automation-API TestingMail us your cv on hidden_emailThanks & Regards,Waseem Unnisa | Sr.ConsultantOrcapod Consulting Services Pvt.
