Job Description

    An Expert in delivering training programs that drive productivity and performance improvements
    • Managing the training needs of the North Zone for Mutual Fund
    • Design, Execute and Monitor the training roadmap for all distribution network
    • Travel and visit locations in the north zone and support Sales team members in strategy formation
    • Coach and Develop Sales team members and distributors: Mutual fund Distributors and institutions
    • Creating content and delivering modules on Selling Skills, Soft Skills, Investment concepts and Process Training at regular intervals
    Principal Responsibilities
    • Training and Development of the sales team and the distribution channel
    • Adept in Planning, Preparing and Executing the training calendar every month, for the north zone
    • Conducting Training Need Analysis through feedbacks and in depth discussion with stakeholders
    • Development and Updating of training content
    • Executing training requests,within budgets and other boundaries
    • Maintenance of all training records
    • Review and discuss the progress of L&D vertical with Line Manager at regular intervals to identify the gap areas and implementation of suggestions
