Also, provides solutions to develop investment plans for the future.ABOUT THE ROLE :As a Backend Software Engineer, you will be involved with the engineering and product teams. You will design, implement and scale resilient microservices, and build state-of-the-art products from scratch. lead our technical plans, and have an outsized impact on our engineering and product decisions.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Have a strong foundation in the fundamentals of computer science, with familiarity with data structures, and algorithms. Collaborating with the front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience. Own code for the products with responsibilities including but not limited to designing, developing, testing, and maintenance of products. Work on DevOps tasks and multiple AWS features. Building RESTful services and doing DevOps. Talking to customers and business teams to suggest improvement areas in product flows. Create peer learnings for team members and build context for new teammates Help with building the engineering team and iterating on the hiring framework. Provide regular feedback to your team (peers and managers) to ensure continuous improvement. Keeping abreast with the latest technologies and working on your skills regularly.MUST HAVE Good knowledge and experience in working with backend systems; designing server-side architecture, including production maintenance experience are must-haves. At least 3 years of experience working with NodeJS. Understanding of micro-services-oriented architecture. Experience with Database design postgreSQL (SQL, PoL) and analytics. Experience in driving and delivering complex features/software modules from technical design to launch. Expertise with unit testing & Test Driven Development (TDD)Good to have Experience in the fintech industry Experience working with AWS and its services Experience leading the design and implementation of robust and secure web services,
