Role/ Purpose: Nimbus Adcom is currently looking to hire a sincere- target oriented individual to work as Business Development Executive (IT) & Business Development Manager(IT) for International market. The right candidate will be an excellent communicator, with experience of IT sales Candidates will also have a keen eye for new opportunities and skills to turn them into our prospective clients. The Candidate will be responsible for handling end to end business development & sales activities. Key Role : New business development and client retention. Lead generation. Client communication. Relationship building. Consistently closing business deals on a monthly basis in order to meet or exceed targets. Prepare and present business pipeline to top management on a periodic basis. The qualified candidate should possess excellent skills in oral, presentation, and written communication. The candidate needs to handle various challenges with an ability to solve them and thus possess ability to think outside of the box within a dynamic and fast paced work environment. Requirements: Minimum of 2+ years experience in International Market. Excellent knowledge of the IT & Digital Marketing sales and experience of international market is preferred. The ability to multi- task is critical. Exceptional listening, problem solving, and follow up through skills. Experience through the entire sales cycle, including: building a pipeline, creating a proposal, presenting and discussing solutions with critical decision- makers, and contract negotiation is required. Lead generation, client retention, and achieving targets. Closing deals and contracts with international clients. Developing lead generation strategies and taking web leads to closure Hard working, motivated and ability to think outside the box Responsible for Research & Strategy. Understanding the assigned business territory through market research. To act as a bridge between Clients and the Software Professionals & maintain relationship with the client. Responsible for expanding the Client base in International market for our IT development services (Web designing & development, Customized software development, Graphic designing & Digital Marketing (SEO, SMM, SMM, PPC, Content Development etc).
