Job Description

Position SummaryDirect respons i b i l i ty to meet or exceed PowerFlex (PF) 755T- Low Voltage Drives revenue goals, working in close coordination with the Sub- Region Power Control Business Managers across Asia Pacific . PF755T revenue goals include 3rd party (OEMs, End- Use rs and System Integrators) and i ntercompany (Services Solutions Business & Engineered to Order Business ) revenue. Di rect responsibility for development and execution of the PF755T Market Access Plan , focused on OEMs, End- User/ EPCs, Drive System Integrators and Regional Services Solutions Business Direct respons i bi l ity for th e Dri ve Systems Integrator (DSI) progra m , working i n close coordination with Regional Market Access Manager & Sub- Region PCB Business Managers . Responsi ble with assisting DSls with the Success Pl anning proc ess, technical and commercial trainin g , and achieving DSI revenue targets. Direct responsibili ty to partner with the Services Solutions Business (SSB) on a Regional basis to hel p them re- enter the coordinated drive systems business and meet or exceed SSB PF755T revenue targets. Assist in the development of SSB drive systems business plans , target account plans, and order pursuit. Assist Sub- Region Power Control Businesses (PCB) to provide technical and co mmercial support to target OEMs , End- Users/ EPCs, and Sl s/ SPs. L eve rage the segmented sales model and associated resources to convert these target accounts. Conduct market research to identify new PF755T target industries , appl i cations, and accounts to accel erate sa l es growth within the region. Provide ongoing business development i nput to the Regional DST Business Manager and the Global Architecture Drives Business Development Manager , including required product functionality, pri cing, promotion programs, and pre- sales and post- sal es collateral. Assist the Global Architecture Drives Business Development Manager with the identification and analysis of PF755T regional competitors. Assist the DST Business Manager with BSR (Business Strategy Review) and AOP (Annual Operating Plan) for PF755T portfolio . QualificationsEight years of rel ated experience i n Product Marketing , Commercial Marketing, or Sales withi n the Drives or Industrial Automation industry (Both Drives & Industrial Automation experience is preferred). Strong customer relationship management skills and ability to collaborate effectively with various functional groups and peer business units . Excellent communication, presentation skills and influencing capabilities, efficient i n Microsoft Office products. Proven experience in growi ng revenue and market share within Asia Pacific . Strategic planning experience for market access and account development Ability to work with a geographically dispersed team to achieve position objectives. Bachelors Degree i n Electrical Engi neering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience. Additional marketing qualifications will be considered more favorably.
