Job Description

    Positions General Duties and Tasks
    • Lead continuous improvement initiatives by partnering with Operations teams to rapidly define, design and deploy solutions impacting operating margin, service levels and client experience.
    • Upskill, coach and train staff in quality improvement tools and best practices to solve operational challenges by driving a continuous improvement mindset using a structure process improvement approach
    • Administration oversight of quality improvement program including candidate recruitment, program metrics, ensuring timely completion of program deliverables and reporting of metrics and progress that demonstrate project ROI
    Requirements for this role include
    • Previous operations and/or delivery experience for a top 10 service provider or health insurance / services company with demonstrated results driving high impact continuous and iterative improvement projects in a rapid paced environment, with minimum 5 years experience
    • Ability to define problem statements, root cause and improvements across the people, process, and technology (data & tools) spectrum, identify and prioritize actionable solution and create project plans to remediate operational performance issues
    • Rigorous process improvement training experience with ability to coach and mentor staff to execute continuous process improvements and communicate results in wide variety of operational areas
    • Excellent communication skills across a diverse set of audiences with a knack for being highly relatable with operational staff and management
    • Polished verbal and written presentation skills with ability to craft engaging and effective story boards and slide decks
    • Six Sigma Black Belt (or equivalent Quality transformation) certification
    • Data-driven and ability to analyze and transform data to understand problem, define metrics, baseline performance, monitor and demonstrate performance improvement and communicate results to management
    • Certification or demonstrated proficiency with modern Analytics platform / tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau, etc.)
